Terms and Conditions | Jüulio™This Privacy Policy explains how Juulio LLC (dba Jüulio™) ("Jüulio™," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information in connection with the current Jüulio™ platform.
Jüulio™ is a business platform that may include websites, web applications, mobile applications, native applications, APIs, public booking pages, customer portals, hosted pages, managed websites, payment tools, messaging features, integrations, AI-powered features, and related operational services.
This Privacy Policy is intended to apply to the current Jüulio™ platform only. It replaces older product-fragmented descriptions and should be read together with Terms and Conditions.
This Privacy Policy applies when you:
This Privacy Policy does not replace the privacy policies of third parties that you choose to use with Jüulio™, such as payment providers, financing providers, communications providers, or accounting integrations. Those parties process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
This Privacy Policy may apply differently depending on your relationship to Jüulio™:
Jüulio™ does not act in the same role for all information processed through the platform.
We generally act as the business that determines the purposes and means of processing when we process information such as:
We may act as a service provider or processor when a Business User uses Jüulio™ to manage information about that Business User's own customers, employees, appointments, communications, invoices, payments, files, or other records.
If you are a customer of a business using Jüulio™, that business may control much of the information in your account, booking, invoice, portal, repair, payroll, or communication record. In those cases:
We may still assist directly where required by law or where operationally appropriate.
We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of Jüulio™, information received from integrations and service providers, and information collected automatically through devices, browsers, and applications.

Some information processed through Jüulio™ may be considered sensitive under applicable law, depending on context. This may include:
Jüulio™ is not intended to collect Social Security numbers, government-issued identification numbers, bank passwords, or similarly sensitive credentials through ordinary platform use. However, users may choose to upload or type such data into free-text fields or file uploads. If that occurs, we may process it as part of operating the service, but you should avoid submitting highly sensitive information unless it is strictly necessary and specifically requested for a lawful business purpose.
Jüulio™ does not store full payment card numbers, card security codes, or full financing application data on its own servers. Those items are typically collected and processed directly by payment processors or financing providers through their secure systems.
Jüulio™ is intended for business and commercial use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We collect personal information from the following sources:
We use personal information to operate, secure, improve, support, and provide Jüulio™. Depending on the context, we may use information to:
We may also de-identify or aggregate information and use that information for analytics, operations, performance measurement, service planning, and lawful business purposes.
Jüulio™ may be used to send or facilitate:
Where a Business User uses Jüulio™ to communicate with its customers, that Business User is responsible for:
Jüulio™ may store message content, timestamps, delivery state, suppression records, and related metadata to operate the service, support delivery, investigate issues, and comply with law.
We may send marketing communications to Business Users about Jüulio™. You may opt out by using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us at holler@juulio.com. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send service, billing, legal, security, and other non-marketing messages.
Mobile or native applications may ask for permission to send push notifications. If you enable them, we may process device tokens and related notification data in order to send alerts, reminders, workflow updates, and other operational messages. You can turn notifications off in your device settings.
Jüulio™ may support subscriptions, invoice payments, payment acceptance, payouts, Buy Now Pay Later or installment-related workflows, and connected accounting flows.
Payment details are generally processed by third-party providers such as Stripe and other payment partners. Jüulio™ may receive and store limited payment-related data, such as:
If a Business User enables financing or BNPL options, the customer's application and financing-related data may be processed by the relevant provider. Jüulio™ may receive status, approval, transaction, or scheduling information needed to reflect the transaction within the platform.
If a Business User connects an accounting integration, Jüulio™ may process:
Disconnecting an integration stops new synchronization, but does not automatically delete records that have already been created in the third-party platform.
Jüulio™ may use AI and automation features to assist with workflows such as support, drafting, summarization, search, reporting, structured extraction, customer interaction support, intake handling, and other productivity functions.
Depending on the feature, AI-related processing may involve:
Jüulio™ may use OpenAI and other service providers to perform AI-related processing. We use business-oriented API services and provider settings or contractual controls intended to support confidentiality and restricted use of submitted data. However, third-party provider practices are governed by their own then-current terms, privacy notices, and legal obligations.
Where feasible, Jüulio™ may attempt to redact, filter, or minimize certain data before sending content to an AI provider. Those measures are helpful but not perfect. Users should not assume that every sensitive field will always be removed automatically.
AI inputs, outputs, and session data may be reviewed by authorized personnel where reasonably necessary to:
Do not submit highly sensitive personal information to AI features unless it is strictly necessary and specifically appropriate for the workflow. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading and should be reviewed by a human before being relied upon for business, legal, financial, employment, safety, or customer-facing decisions.
Jüulio™ may power public-facing or customer-facing pages such as:
These workflows may collect:
When Jüulio™ hosts or manages websites or public pages for a Business User, we may process content, visitor data, technical logs, security-plugin data, administrative support data, and uploaded materials needed to host, maintain, secure, or support those websites or pages.
The Business User remains responsible for its own website content, notices, cookies, communications, and end-customer relationship to the extent the site is operated for that Business User's business.
Files and media submitted through Jüulio™ may be stored and processed for service delivery, support, recordkeeping, and workflow execution. We may enforce file-type, file-count, file-size, and content restrictions to protect the platform and users.
Jüulio™ mobile and native applications may request access to device features depending on the workflows you use.
Jüulio™ may request location access for workflows such as:
Where enabled, location workflows may involve precise geolocation, background location checks, location compliance outcomes, and approved-location references. Disabling location permissions may prevent certain timer, employee-clock, or workforce features from working.
Jüulio™ may request permission to send push notifications and may store or process device tokens and notification preferences to send operational alerts and updates.
Jüulio™ may request access to the camera, photo library, or file system to support uploads, estimates, receipts, support requests, attachments, scanning, documentation, or customer-submitted materials.
Jüulio™ may display limited timer, employee-clock, status, or related workflow information through widgets, live activities, or lock-screen surfaces where supported by the device and enabled by the user.
Mobile and native applications may store user preferences, tokens, account references, device IDs, cached operational data, and workflow state locally on the device to support app functionality.
We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances.
We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate Jüulio™, including providers for:
Examples of providers used by Jüulio™ may include Amazon Web Services (AWS), Stripe, Twilio, SendGrid, OpenAI, Intuit/QuickBooks Online, and financing or BNPL providers selected by a Business User.
If a Business User enables a feature, integration, communication, export, sync, portal, website, or customer-facing workflow, we may disclose information as necessary to provide that feature on the Business User's behalf.
Information may be visible to the relevant Business User's authorized administrators, employees, contractors, support personnel, and delegates based on roles, permissions, and workflow settings.
We may disclose information if we believe doing so is reasonably necessary to:
We may disclose or transfer information in connection with an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, bankruptcy, receivership, or transition of service to another provider, subject to applicable law.
We may disclose information for other purposes with your consent or at your direction.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
Retention depends on the type of data, the role in which we process it, the settings selected by the Business User, legal obligations, dispute or enforcement needs, security requirements, and legitimate operational needs.
| Data Type | Typical Retention Approach |
|---|---|
| Account, profile, and organization data | Retained while the account is active and afterward as reasonably needed for legal, security, billing, audit, and business record purposes |
| Customer, transaction, booking, and operational records | Retained according to the Business User's ongoing use of the platform and applicable accounting, tax, dispute, and recordkeeping needs |

| Communications and support records | Retained as reasonably necessary to provide service, resolve issues, document requests, and protect legal rights |
| Files, uploads, and attachments | Retained while needed for the related workflow, support case, or record, and then deleted or de-identified when no longer needed, subject to backups and legal obligations |
| Public visitor, demo, contact, and lead data | Retained as reasonably necessary for follow-up, support, analytics, abuse prevention, and business development, unless deleted sooner or required longer by law |
| Security, fraud, and abuse-prevention logs | Retained for operational, investigative, and platform-protection purposes for as long as reasonably necessary |
| AI session memory and short-lived support state | Some AI session or support-state data may be retained temporarily for short operational periods, such as short-lived session continuity, and may then expire or be overwritten |
| Location, timer, workforce, and compliance records | Retained according to the operational needs of the Business User, employment or workplace rules, dispute handling, audit requirements, and legal obligations |
| Backup data | May persist until overwritten in the ordinary backup rotation cycle |
When information is no longer needed, we may delete it, aggregate it, or de-identify it. De-identified or aggregated information may be retained and used for lawful business purposes.
Deleting the Jüulio™ application from a device does not, by itself, delete server-side account or business records. Formal deletion or closure requests must still be made through the account, the relevant Business User, or by contacting us.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.
These safeguards may include:
No system can be guaranteed 100% secure, and no transmission or storage method is completely risk-free. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own credentials and devices and for notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Depending on your relationship to Jüulio™ and the laws that apply, you may have some or all of the following rights and choices.

You may control cookies, local storage, session storage, push notifications, location permissions, camera access, photo-library access, and other device features through your browser or device settings.
If you are a customer of a business that uses Jüulio™, that business may control your appointment, booking, portal, invoice, payment, or customer record. In many cases, you should contact that business first regarding access, correction, or deletion.
Before responding to certain requests, we may need to verify your identity, your authority, or the scope of the request.

Where permitted by law, you may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof of the agent's authority and may still require you to verify your identity directly.
